Louise Griffith runs a speaking and coaching company called One Shining Light. She conducts keynote presentations and workshops locally in Minnesota and internationally on what matters most, what makes people tick and how to effect change in your personal and professional life. As a certified success coach, she works one on one with women who want to increase their personal power and pursue their potential. In fact, she wrote the book, You Are Worth It, now in its fifth printing. As a result of her work, people often share they have more clarity, more courage, create more momentum and lead a more meaningful life. On a personal note, she recently walked the final stage of the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage and took her first steps into a new chapter of her life and work.
