Brenda Dietrich is an entrepreneur and community leader that believes “leaders bloom where they are planted.”
Brenda started her career in the hospitality industry, learning the office and bookkeeping part of hospitality. After earning a college degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, she worked in restaurant management and operated a café for several years.
Brenda is currently Owner of Hardline Concrete & Masonry. She joined Hardline when she met then owner and husband, Jon Dietrich. Eager to learn the business including the technical side, she worked alongside her husband in all areas. Brenda excels in the operations of the business. Her reward?
Customers delighted with their completed projects and the knowledge that they leave “their stamp in the community.”
Brenda is a past Board Chair of the River Heights Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Inver Grove Heights City Council. Brenda recharges through prayer and, as a former body builder, through gym workouts and living a healthy life. She lives in Inver Grove Heights MN along with her
husband Jon and her kitties, Pixie Lou, Jepedo, and Oblio. Brenda enjoys camping, taking her Audis to car shows &; rallies, and a good red wine to finish the day!
