Katy’s role as a powerful catalyst and advocate for women connecting and empowering other women to help them thrive and succeed, is a testament to her leadership and influence. She serves on the Board of Directors for Relate Counseling Center and Libbs Lake Association, and on the Advisory Boards of both the Twin Cities Film Fest and Merevie.

Kathy Longo, CFP®, CAP®, CDFA is the founder and president of Flourish Wealth Management, an independent boutique wealth management firm in the Minneapolis area. Kathy is passionate about helping women and their families connect the emotional and technical side of money. She is the author of the book “Flourish Financially: Values, Transitions, and Big Conversations“, which encourages a holistic and personalized approach to finance, focused on understanding one’s money story, plan for the big transitions in life and have the necessary money conversations. Kathy continues to provide financial education by using the tips, concepts, and ideas she refined in her podcast Flourish Financially. Kathy has garnered a vast array of honors and recognitions and stays relevant and innovative through both community involvement projects and her work on a variety of local and national boards.
