Manisha Dhawan is a speaker, author, executive, facilitator and executive coach with over 20 years of work experience across multiple roles and industries. In her book, The Digital Agile Leader, she shares stories and strategies on how to be an effective leader and navigate change in the workplace and beyond.
Manisha works in her family business, Applied Membranes Inc (AMI), a manufacturer of water treatment solutions for a wide range of applications worldwide. AMI is based in Vista, CA and was founded in 1983 by her father, Gulshan Dhawan.
Previously, Manisha spent over a decade at organizations including PwC, Deloitte, Slalom, and Taco Bell headquarters leading global digital transformation, innovation, and strategic change initiatives. She is passionate about developing leaders and driving growth.
