ABOUT REGINA – BIO
Regina Barr is an award-winning business owner with over two decades of leadership experience. She’s a former marketing executive, and Founder and CEO of Red Ladder, Inc., and the Women at the Top® (WATT®) Network. A well-known consultant, coach, trainer and professional speaker Regina has traveled the U.S. extensively, educating and inspiring women and men to dream big, take action and “make things happen.”
Since starting her business in 2003, Regina has had one goal: to develop people and inspire success. Regina regales her clients and audiences by providing them with hands-on knowledge combined with practical wisdom and relevant stories gained through successfully navigating the corporate corridors for over twenty years.
These attributes earned her recognition for her business accomplishments and community contributions including: 2016 NAWBO MN Achieve Vision Award recipient, Finance & Commerce Top Woman in Finance Circle of Excellence 2010, Finance & Commerce Top Woman in Finance 2008/ 2010, Financial Women International Partner in Success 2009, and Business Journal Forty Under 40 Award Recipient 2004. Regina is currently the author and spokesperson for the annual Women at the Top® (WATT®) Study.
An avid believer in giving back, Regina volunteers and mentors others through several organizations locally and nationally. In addition, she currently serves on the board of Moneyweave® Academy and River Heights Chamber of Commerce.
