Regina Barr is an award-winning business owner with over two decades of leadership experience. She’s a former marketing executive, and Founder and CEO of Red Ladder, Inc., and the Women at the Top® (WATT®) Network. A well-known consultant, coach, trainer and professional speaker Regina has traveled the U.S. extensively, educating and inspiring women and men to dream big, take action and “make things happen.”
Since starting her business in 2003, Regina has had one goal: to develop people and inspire success. An avid believer in giving back, Regina volunteers and mentors others through several organizations locally and nationally. In addition, she currently serves on the board of Minnesota Excellence in Public Service (MEPS). Regina also has proudly served as a State Representative in the Minnesota House of Representatives.
