The owner of Coppia Advisory, a successful executive coaching and consulting business, Allison Tabor helps business owners, executives, and their teams in the areas of leadership, interpersonal communication, and strategic planning. Allison also facilitates for the international Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO), leading two peer advisory groups of San Francisco Bay Area women presidents and CEOs of multimillion-dollar companies. Additionally, she is a group leader for ProVisors, a community of professionals who serve their clients as trusted advisors and share the highest standards of integrity, performance, and accountability.

Prior to running her coaching and consulting business, Allison co-owned and led a successful structural engineering company with her husband for twenty-three years. She is certifed as a DISC Consultant, One Page Business Plan® Specialist, and Professional Coach. With her love of business and behavioral science, Allison is a Master Connector
who seeks to understand and help people reach their full potential. Born in Queens, New York, Allison loves living in the Bay Area with her husband of thirty-plus years and young adult daughter. She enjoys ballroom dancing—one place where she isn’t a leader!
